About Resova iQ
Resova iQ came out of The Care Clinic — a behavioral-health practice operating across 33+ states — where the clinical side worked and the back office did not.
Why we exist
Board-certified psychiatrists and nurse practitioners were seeing patients across state lines while claims went out with errors and came back as denials. Cash arrived weeks late. Revenue visibility lived in one biller's spreadsheet. When that biller left, the knowledge left with them.
None of that is a clinical problem. It is an operations problem, and it is the same one in almost every growing behavioral-health group: provider readiness, documentation, claims and payment each live in a different system, and nothing connects them. We built the connective layer we needed, then kept building it because it worked.
How we build
Nothing auto-signs and nothing auto-submits. The system flags risk, prepares work and routes exceptions; a person makes the call. That is an architectural constraint, not a setting.
When the platform tells you a payer contract says something, it can show you the sentence and the page. Facts carry provenance verified by code, not confidence claimed by a model.
No revenue hiding in one person's spreadsheet. Claims, exceptions and outcomes stay in plain sight for the whole team, and history is reconstructable after the fact.
The workflow lives in the system, not in someone's head. When staff change, the process keeps running and nothing walks out the door.

He founded The Care Clinic and grew it into a behavioral-health practice operating across 33+ states, then built Resova iQ inside the practice to connect provider readiness, documentation, claims and payment. The platform runs there in production every day.

Ms. Navarro is an attorney and the General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer of The Care Clinic, where she is responsible for payer contracting, credentialing, compliance and revenue-cycle operations. She co-founded Resova iQ to put that operating discipline into software.

Former advisor to Innovaccer; founder of an acquired software company
Mr. Ganesan leads engineering and platform architecture at Resova iQ, bringing more than 20 years of software experience. A Bay Area engineer and founder, he built and sold his own software company, served as an advisor to Innovaccer, the healthcare data platform, and earlier worked at Cisco.
